Summer is one of the most powerful times for growth in gymnastics—and not just physically. While athletes spend summer improving skills, strength, flexibility, and routines, it’s also the perfect opportunity to build the mindset tools that create confident, resilient, and mentally strong gymnasts. During the season, gymnasts are often busy, tired, stressed, and focused on performance. Summer gives them space to slow down, reset, learn, and develop the mental skills that can completely transform the way they train and compete. Because confidence isn't something gymnasts magically wake up with. It's a skill, and skills can be trained!

What We'll Cover Each Week

Over the course of 8 weeks, your gymnast will build a complete mental toolkit she can use in practice, competition, and everyday life.

Week 1 (6/3): Goal Setting & Creating a Vision

Learn how to set meaningful goals, create a plan for success, and develop a clear vision for the summer and upcoming season.

Week 2 (6/10): Confidence Building

Discover where real confidence comes from and learn tools to build confidence that lasts—even after mistakes or tough practices.

Week 3 (6/17): Overthinking & Anxiety

Learn how to calm nerves, quiet racing thoughts, and use simple tools to feel more in control before practices and competitions.

Week 4 (6/24): Fear + Mental Blocks

Understand what fear and mental blocks actually are, why they happen, and learn strategies to rebuild trust and move forward confidently.

Week 5 (7/1): Perfectionism

Explore how perfectionism often comes from fear and pressure, and learn healthier ways to approach mistakes, expectations, and performance.

Week 6 (7/8): Competition Mindset

Build routines and strategies that help athletes stay calm, focused, and confident on meet day.

Week 7 (7/22): Positive Self-Talk

Learn how thoughts impact performance and practice replacing negative inner dialogue with powerful, helpful self-talk.

Week 8 (7/29): Mental Toughness + Summer Challenge

Put everything together through a fun challenge designed to strengthen resilience, confidence, and mental toughness heading into the season.

Why Group Coaching Works

One of the most powerful parts of this program is that your gymnast will not be doing it alone. Group coaching creates an environment where athletes realize: "I'm not the only one who feels this way." So many gymnasts quietly struggle with nerves, perfectionism, pressure, fear, and self-doubt. When athletes hear others sharing similar experiences, it helps reduce shame and build connection.
