The Mind Mastery Gymnastics Camp Online_edited.jpg

December 28th & 29th from 4pm-6 pm CT

The Mind Mastery Gymnastics Camp is a special camp that focuses on giving gymnasts the mental tools they need to be successful and confident in competitions. As a former NCAA gymnast, I struggled with being able to perform my best routines when I would go to a meet. In practice, I was consistent and could hit my routines, but when I would compete, I wouldn't be able to pull out my best routines. It wasn't until later in my gymnastics career that I finally learned how to bring out the fierce competitor in me.

This is something that so many gymnasts struggle with, and that is why I want to be able to share the tips and tricks that can help them learn how to bring out their best performances when it counts.

She will gain advice on:

  • Focusing under pressure

  • Building confidence

  • How to handle mistakes at a meet

  • Becoming a strong, resilient competitor

What you get:

In this workshop, I will share strategic mindset tools they can apply on the day of their meet, and other successful former and current college gymnasts will share what they do to mentally prepare and zone in.

You will also get my 11-page PDF packet that provides a checklist for her to prepare the day before the meet, the day of the meet, and have her self-reflect after her performances. It also includes 30 powerful competition affirmations she can use to empower her and feel confident.

Limited spots are available, so reserve your spot. Register before 12/18 and get the discounted price.

Can't wait for your gymnast to get these valuable tools on December 28th and 29th!
