If your gymnast is going through the journey of recovering from an injury, then this workshop is for her. Being injured can feel alone and disappointing. In this 3-week workshop, she will get:

- Mindset shifts that will build her mental resilience
- Motivational tools she can use so that she doesn't give up during this tough time
- A guide to come out of the injury stronger and better than ever
- Worksheets with journal prompts that will help her grow mentally and emotionally while she comes back from her injury
During my gymnastics career, I had a total of 5 orthopedic surgeries - 1 torn ACL, 1 torn Achilles, and a torn meniscus (x3). Needless to say, I know what it's like to be injured and the hard emotions that come with it. I felt sad because I could no longer do what I loved, lost because I didn't know who I was without gymnastics, stressed that I would lose all of my skills, and even jealous of my teammates because I had to watch them compete and succeed while I was on the sidelines. This is the reality of some of the things injured gymnasts go through. That is why I decided to create this workshop. I know there are a lot of gymnasts who are recently injured that need some tips, motivation, and reminders that everything's going to be okay, and that their best is yet to come. Adversity and trials only make the plot that much better!
